MyTicket.Fun Refund Policy

These terms and conditions govern MyTicket.Fun’s policy for Buyer refunds (“Refund Policy”) and the obligations of the Seller associated with the Refund Policy. The Refund Policy applies in addition to MyTicket.Fun’s Terms of Service (“MyTicket.Fun Terms”). The Refund Policy is available to Buyers who order and pay for an order through the MyTicket.Fun Platform.

By using the MyTicket.Fun Platform as a Buyer or Operator, you are indicating that you have read and that you understand and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

The MyTicket.Fun Platform protects both the interests of Buyers and Operators.

Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time for a fun activity will be fully refunded at no cost to the buyer, direct by MyTicket.Fun Platform.

Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, or do not show up for a fun activity, will not be refunded, but some operators may accept rescheduling at a later date 24 hours in advance. Contact the operator. You have the contact details in the boarding pass.

If the Operator cancels the activity due to bad weather, the buyer will receive a full refund, or you can choose to reschedule the booking date.
